Watching in 2024, 2 months after ruining my own hair 2 months ago i was overwhelmed by the impulse to get my hair "off".. and when family took the scissors I was reaching for (they didn't know what I wanted them for and I have a history of self harm) I started ripping my hair out by the handful. I pulled maybe 20 full handfuls out before I was handed scissors and I hacked my hair to the scalp. I got it fixed by the hairdresser the next day (the longest my hair was was grade 3 or 4) but still had patches that were visibly shorter.. Now it's 2 months after and finding that now it is long enough to grip... I'm pulling it out without realising and have come to the realisation I CANNOT have my long hair back rn because im just pulling it out. My hair is barely an inch long and I'm already pulling at it... I came back to this video, and this channel, after several years, because I knew that you had something similar and I'm looking to you on how I can try and fix my hair Thank you Clare for being open and honest

I just realized that we went from the 1920s to the 1800s

I love this idea. The last generations were always taught on fighting their own fights to build their lifes, starting by mint and going all the way to grey. The rose heir (dont remember her name) was very centered on her own achievements, achieving them in her own, and kinda neglected Saffron and let her to confront some struggles by herself. Ashe in the other hand wants to be that supportive parent and help Lila take her first steps to a brighter future, considering her own struggles to raise the family and get enough money to sustain them. And instead of just pushing her around to fly by herself, she teaches her how to beforehand so she can fly higher (shitty metaphor idk) Kinda unecessary analisis I made for a silly irrelevant decision of not doing rags to riches with Lila but I think its a cool way to look at it
